Vesdo’s support enabled one of the top research-based pharma enterprises in Switzerland to implement a corporate serialization
landscape from design to operations. Tasks included the evaluation and selection of software and equipment vendors, analysis and design of workflows and processes, qualification/validation of systems and components, onboarding of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), connection to governmental reporting hubs and end-to-end tests.    

Vesdo succesfully managed project activities from initiation to go-live across multiple sites and involving multiple external partners in a highly dynamic environment.
